SEOUL, South Korea – October 2025 – HyperCycle, the Abu Dhabi–based leader in “Internet of AI” (IoAI) infrastructure, has announced the launch of HyperCycle Korea, a $1.1 billion joint venture with a consortium of South Korean investors led by Addeep Inc. The partnership was officially reconfirmed during a ceremony at the National Assembly in Seoul, witnessed by senior representatives from both the UAE and South Korean governments.
The initiative positions South Korea as Co-Lead #1 of the global “Internet of AI,” alongside the UAE, marking HyperCycle’s first international expansion. The venture aims to establish Seoul as a central hub for IoAI development by combining HyperCycle’s revolutionary ledgerless AI infrastructure with Korea’s advanced manufacturing and technological capabilities.
The agreement includes $250 million in cash investment—$25 million each from HyperCycle UAE and Addeep Inc., plus $200 million from the Korean investor consortium—along with an in-kind contribution valued at $850 million from HyperCycle’s 170,000 Node Factories. This asset-driven structure ensures HyperCycle Korea launches with a robust, revenue-generating foundation.
Toufi Saliba, CEO of HyperCycle, stated, “This marks a pivotal step in building the global Internet of AI. With Korea as our co-lead, we are shaping a new era of economic and technological collaboration.”
Kevin JaeYoung Yoon, Chairman and CVO of Addeep Inc., added that the venture will strengthen Korea’s technological sovereignty, create jobs, and launch educational programs that prepare citizens to participate in the IoAI-driven economy.

HyperCycle Korea’s 10-year plan includes developing a 20-megawatt data center, forming partnerships with educational institutions for AI training, and establishing a $200 million Strategic Enterprise Adoption Fund to drive industrial-scale adoption of its Node Factory technology.
With this milestone, HyperCycle solidifies its position as a global enabler of the Internet of AI, accelerating cross-border innovation between the UAE and South Korea.
