Dubai, March 2022: Village Bistro at The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle will welcome the holy month of Ramadan with a specially curated Iftar menu for guests and visitors. Every Friday and Saturday evening from sundown, guests will be treated to a delightfully diverse menu featuring a variety of delicious delicacies from across the region and abroad.
Village Bistro is going all out with a live barbeque station featuring Lamb Kofta, Shish Tawook and Makanek & Sujuk sausage cooked fresh on the outdoor charcoal grill. Perfectly seasoned and full of flavour, the barbeque offering has been paired with a selection of tasty accompaniments including grilled vegetables, garlic sauce and harissa. The menu also includes a fully stocked salad buffet and hot buffet counter featuring popular Middle Eastern meatball stew, Dawood Basha and scrumptious Hazelnut Falafel with lemon tahina dressing.
For guests staying in the hotel, The First Collection at JVC will be serving up a beautifully designed Suhoor set menu loaded with an all-inclusive hot and cold offering including grilled Halloumi Salad, Lentil Soup with Pistachio Umali providing a sweet end to the meal.
