This milestone celebration coincides with the launch of Pierre’s TT’s new seasonal menu crafted by Chef Pierre and his Chef de Cuisine, Mathieu Balbino. Chef Gagnaire will be in town from November 8th through the 11th and will personally host an exclusive culinary event on November 11th. Pierre’s TT has just recently unveiled its new seasonal menu crafted by the esteemed three-Michelin-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire and his Chef de Cuisine, Mathieu Balbino. This gastronomic adventure includes delightful creations like Crispy Scallops, a delicate fusion of panko, pear, celeriac, and artichoke, elevated by a harmonious infusion of Parmesan that imparts a rich and savory dimension to the dish. About Chef Pierre Gagnaire

Pierre Gagnaire was born on April 9th, 1950, in Apinac, Loire. He is a French chef, and the head chef of restaurants around the world in Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Las Vegas, and Paris. Beginning his career in St. Etienne where he won three Michelin Stars, Gagnaire tore at the conventions of classic French cooking by introducing jarring juxtapositions of flavours, tastes, textures, and ingredients.
