Iftar at Dubai Landmark Salmontini

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This Ramadan, Salmontini Le Resto celebrates the Holy Month with a generous Iftar, true to the restaurant’s long-standing celebration of togetherness. Patrons will gather after sunset for a very “gourmand” feast, facing the snowy slopes of Ski Dubai, on the West End of Mall of the Emirates.

Since 2005, Salmontini Le Resto has been welcoming a community of family and friends, loyal to the restaurant’s honest and wholesome cuisine, driven by their star-ingredient: the eponymous premium quality salmon, whether wood-smoked, seared or raw, in a sushi or maki.

Salmontini le Resto’s Iftar menu reflects the brand’s dedication to a quality brasserie-style cuisine that praises French flair, without the attitude! “This Ramadan, the menu also boasts Oriental influences, with respect to the people of the UAE, who have shown us unwavering support over the years,” adds Hussni Ajlani, the creator of the concept, now a landmark.

Indeed, guests will break the fast with welcome dates and water, before a classic soup of either lentils or asparagus. Iftar will continue with the Salmontini Ramadan Platter of garden vegetables, smoked salmon, California crispy maki and tzatziki, a palette of the “Maison’s” many colors. A choice of main courses will then follow, with the Salmontini mixed grill or the lamb shank with saffron risotto before having to make the most important decision of all: dessert, Oh! Oui! from the signature Pistachio Semifreddo, Nutella Cheesecake or Apple Tarte a la mode.

Iftar will be served daily, throughout the Holy Month, from sunset until 9pm.
