Dubai, United Arab Emirates – 21st February 2024: Feastival is back with a bark! Get ready to unleash the furry fun with the Spring edition of Feastival, a day-long tail-wagging extravaganza at Al Habtoor Polo Resort on Saturday 9th March, from 11am until 9pm.
Set to be the ulti-mutt day out, Feastival has an action-packed schedule and something to keep you and your four-legged friends entertained all day. The main event, the dog show, will begin at 3pm and will feature good old-fashioned games like the sack race and egg & spoon race, as well as best Easter bonnet, bad hair day, best rescue, and waggiest tail competitions, with prizes and rosettes for the top performers judged by dog training expert Phoebe Peppiatt. The hay bale race, sponsored by Mike’s Vet, adds a thrilling element, with rosettes and prizes for the fastest six dogs of the day. Whether your dog is a natural-born hunter or just loves to run, then the Lure Coursing with Olivier Zoppi is a must; chasing the mechanised lure will give them the time of their life! If that’s not enough to keep your pups busy, Feastival will also have a giant dog ball pit for them to muck around in – thanks to the IFT Animal Health and Boehringer Ingelheim team. After all the excitement, dogs can then cool down at the Cool Down Zone sponsored by Dogwalk, which features multiple paddling pools.
Those looking for some retail therapy can have a browse at the Feastival market, offering everything for dogs and their humans, including fashion, jewellery, and swimwear. Brands to browse will include Beckie Brambles, Natural Pier, Furchild, Howl & Growl, Fumble and Fetch pet ice-cream and more. Parents needing to keep the kids active can make their way to the Kids’ Zone, which will feature a soft play, ball pit, mega slide, bouncy castle, popcorn, candy floss, pancakes, churros, ice-cream, and face-painting.
And if you needed another reason to head down to Spring Feastival, there will be plenty of pampering options for the pooches. Treat your pups to free express ‘pawdicures’ and grooming from DOOG for just AED 100 (usually AED 310).
