It’s going to be a hot summer at Bella Restaurant & Lounge

This summer, Bella Restaurant & Lounge is open with on-going offers indoors, overlooking the Dubai skyline and Burj Khalifa. There are many ways to taste Chef Alessandro Miceli’s award-winning disruptive Italian cuisine.
Wednesdays, for Queen B Ladies Night, the Chef offers a lavish 8-course tasting menu to ladies, at AED 200 from 8 PM. A beverage offer is also available at AED 99 for 3 selected drinks, with live entertainment always!
Saturday’s “The Big Italian Brunch” will continue to be served from 1 to 4 PM, featuring a feast of Bella’s finest Italian gastronomy, serenaded to traditional and not-so-traditional tunes with their singer and live DJ entertainment.
The menu kicks off with homemade “Pane e Burro” and a selection of delightful antipasti, from the freshest items of the Crudo Bar to a creamy burrata, fresh Bella salad, crispy fried squid, prawns and tartar mayo, and the healthy Bella signature pizza with kale, goat cheese, beetroot and walnuts.
Because no Italian family gathering goes without pasta, a perfectly al dente yet creamy “Pasta Patate” makes its way to the table with mussels and scamorza cheese, followed by a choice of grilled calamari, octopus and prawns on a skewer or a veal tenderloin scaloppine with spinach and mashed potatoes, or a vegetarian option, the king oyster mushroom with topinambur, kale and radish.
For the grand finale, the Chefs trolley around the room for some table-side action and a light almond and apple crumble topped with house vanilla ice cream made a la minute.
