More EPC companies join MYCRANE, following successful bauma event

Global engineering, procurement and construction firms register at MYCRANE
Clients save time and money with the world’s first online crane rental service
Three more global engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies have registered at the MYCRANE platform, following successful meetings at the recent bauma CONEXPO event in India.

Recognising the cost and time savings on offer, Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Tata Projects and IRB Infrastructure have all completed the customer registration process at the world’s first online crane rental service, introduced by MYCRANE in summer 2021.

Attending the bauma CONEXPO event from MYCRANE’s Dubai head office was the company’s founder and CEO, Andrei Geikalo, who said the new signings were a testament to the efficiencies that MYCRANE provides.

“Our new registrants are household names in India, yet they also carry out major projects on a global basis,” explained Geikalo. “For that reason, I am delighted they have seen the advantages of partnering with MYCRANE.

“Our platform helps EPC contractors, and many other types of clients, to find the equipment they need – on time, in budget and with the best provider, whether that’s in India or any other part of the world.”

Last year, in another successful project, Beijing-based Haihua Industry Group entrusted MYCRANE when it needed to source a 400-tonne capacity crawler crane to install three columns at a refinery. Other recent customer registrations include Renaissance Heavy Industries (RHI) and China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC).

MYCRANE Agents

Mr Geikalo was also at the bauma event in Delhi to promote the new MYCRANE Agents scheme, which was launched in December as a means of partnering with freelance sales agents, anywhere in the world, who have relevant industry experience and contacts.

Independent professionals who have customer connections, such as those working in construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, mining and other industries where cranes are being used, are invited to help to market MYCRANE’s services and products to their professional network, on mutually-beneficial terms.

“MYCRANE wants to share the benefits of increased digitalisation in the crane and construction industry and we would be delighted to hear from anybody who is interested in working with our rapidly-expanding tech company,” concluded Geikalo.

About MYCRANE

The MYCRANE platform – accessed at www.my-crane.com – simplifies the process of crane rental procurement, allowing users to submit details of their lifting requirements in order to receive personalised quotes from a range of registered crane providers.

For the first time, customers of the platform can simply and quickly request a crawler, mobile or tower crane without having to rely on manual processes, such as calling suppliers or making multiple offline requests. Boom trucks, crane manipulators/ crane arm, man lifts, mini cranes, cherry pickers, aerial platforms and hydraulic gantry systems are also available.

The service, operated in countries around the world by a network of local franchisees supported by MYCRANE’s head office team in Dubai, offers cranes with a capacity of between 100kg and 750 tonnes.

Drawing on the management team’s experience in the industry, the innovative MYCRANE platform has been carefully designed to ensure ease of use, and that the quotes generated are directly comparable. Registration is free for both users and equipment rental companies.
